Here’s a little app I just ran across, put together by the good people over at House Industries. It’s called Photolettering. Not only have they made it easy to add text to an image, they’ve also made it look good. I’m so excited to start using this.

I absolutely love this site. It’s simple, clever, and effective. Next time you put your foot in your mouth, try sending this as your apology link.

Spanish design shop, Atipo created this poster series, called fontface, in honor of four typographers and their typefaces. It’s a stunning trifecta of typography, makeup art, and fashion photography. Enjoy.

This limited edition Scrabble set is simply fantastic. I just want to play with it. Pre-order your very own set here.

This typography makes me happy. It’s a series of cover designs for photographer Gokhun Guneyhan.

If you’re into cool typography but don’t want to pay a lot, then you’re in luck. Here are links to font foundries that have decided to make their fonts free and open to everyone  Lost TypeThe League of Moveable TypeType Depot, and Font Fabric.

These are a few of my favorites.
