Here’s a great way to send handwritten cards without all of the hassel of stamps and post office lines. Felt. Brilliant!

Here’s a little app I just ran across, put together by the good people over at House Industries. It’s called Photolettering. Not only have they made it easy to add text to an image, they’ve also made it look good. I’m so excited to start using this.

I have to admit, I’m a little bit of a nerd. Last summer I started reading the Game of Thrones books, and as a result, am a huge fan of the HBO series. This morning I ran across this poster series created by HBO for the upcoming season. Such beautiful art direction. March 31st can’t get here soon enough.
The good people over at B-Reel have done it again. They’ve created an exquisitely beautiful site, introducing the world to Google Glass. Check it out. If you want the chance to be a Google Glass beta texter, use hashtag #ifihadglass and tweet what you’d do with it.
I guess this is a theme today – daily illustration projects.
Daily Dishonesty is a blog by New York designer Lauren Hom. She puts her own spin on hand drawn type by illustrating little white lies. Enjoy.
Windows of New York is a project by graphic designer José Guizar. Such a simple idea and so beautifully executed. Check out José’s other work as well. I’m especially a fan of his Lucha Libre beer.
This must have been some copywriter’s dream job – by the guys over at Partners+Napier.
While I’m not saying that I’d ever steal public signage, I’d like to have one of these in my home.
I absolutely love this site. It’s simple, clever, and effective. Next time you put your foot in your mouth, try sending this as your apology link. emergencycompliment.com/#
Leandro Senna is an art director and graphic designer who happens to be very good at hand lettering. Inspired by Bob Dylan´s Subterranean Homesick Blues video, these are some of the hand lettered song lyrics he created. Check out the video to see the whole sequence. Pretty cool.
Scriptogr.am, an interesting new tool for writers who blog. It takes the hassel out of web publishing. Learn more about it here.
